📋 Description

• Facilitate cross-departmental discussions to establish positioning and messaging that sets Synack apart in the cybersecurity sector, ensuring it resonates with various buyer segments.

• Take ownership of pricing and packaging for your product portfolio, while spearheading the launch strategy and cross-functional execution to enhance product adoption in the market.

• Define the campaign strategy and key messaging for your products and target markets; collaborate with demand generation to inform the market, strengthen the Synack brand, and create a sales pipeline.

• Monitor the threat landscape, competitors, analysts, trade shows, and industry organizations to become the market expert, translating insights into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for your portfolio.

• Develop and produce impactful marketing materials including data sheets, presentations, website content, videos, and customer-facing narratives that clarify complex security concepts.

• Collaborate with our sales enablement team to create tools, training, and value narratives that empower the sales team to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure more opportunities.

• Adopt an AI-driven, experimental approach to the craft—advocating for Synack’s agentic AI narrative (including Sara) in the market, utilizing AI agents and modern tools to refine your research, content, and campaign efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, security software, or technical infrastructure.

• Proven ability to understand buyers and create clear positioning and content that resonates with both technical and executive audiences.

• An analytical mindset capable of grasping, simplifying, and translating intricate technical capabilities into straightforward customer benefits.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, able to build consensus and align product, sales, and marketing efforts for optimal market impact.

• Exceptional writing and interpersonal abilities, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• High levels of creativity, a passion for innovation, and a genuine enthusiasm for the craft.

• A keen interest in AI and a willingness to experiment—hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows (AI agents) to enhance productivity and deliver a unique, credible AI narrative.

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is advantageous.
