This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to achieve U.S. revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Segment and Worldwide Marketing teams to facilitate product launches, promoting swift adoption of both new and existing solutions.
• Partner with Sales to create effective training programs, ensuring that marketing materials and campaigns effectively support sales initiatives.
• Generate demand through events, digital marketing efforts, targeted advertising, and partner programs.
• Oversee and optimize marketing expenditures to improve return on investment, utilizing metrics such as MQLs, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Champion the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring that product, service, and business requirements are fulfilled.
• A Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, or marketing fields is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing and business development, ideally within the point of care segment or the pharmaceutical/analytical instrumentation/software/services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead proactively with minimal direct oversight, develop talent, and collaborate effectively across global and local teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
