Senior Director II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Circana’s enterprise A ‑ 2 ‑ A strategy in line with business priorities and client requirements.

• Position Circana as a frontrunner in agent-based collaboration and AI-driven platform ecosystems.

• Take ownership and enhance the reference architecture for A ‑ 2 ‑ A communication across both internal and external systems.

• Facilitate integration between client-owned AI agents and Circana’s AI platforms.

• Build, manage, and expand a high-performing team of platform leaders, architects, and engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, platform engineering, AI systems, or distributed architectures.

• More than 7 years in senior leadership positions (Director, VP, or equivalent) overseeing platform strategy and execution.

• Profound expertise in AI agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and LLM-powered systems.

• Practical experience with multi-agent systems, A ‑ 2 ‑ A communication models, and context-sharing protocols (e.g., MCP).

• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels, influencing architecture and implementation.

• Experience integrating with major AI ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude).

• Background in data-intensive, analytics-driven SaaS environments.

• Strong executive presence with a proven track record in client-facing and partner-facing roles.
