This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, facilitating business decisions through data-driven insights related to personnel.
β’ Convert strategic objectives into actionable HR plans at both country and regional levels.
β’ Assist with change and transformation efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capability enhancement.
β’ Promote standardization and continuous improvement of essential HR processes in alignment with the new HRIS implementation.
β’ Establish and enforce clear RACI matrices across HR functions.
β’ Track key HR KPIs to ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
β’ Lead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR throughout the Western Region.
β’ Develop local HRIS capabilities while ensuring the quality and consistency of personnel data.
β’ Implement talent reviews, succession planning, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
β’ Cultivate employee engagement and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
β’ Ensure adherence to local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
β’ A bachelorβs degree is mandatory.
β’ A masterβs degree in HR or Business would be highly advantageous.
β’ Over 10 years of HR experience in multinational, matrixed organizations.
β’ A minimum of 5 years in a role as an HR Business Partner or HR Director.
β’ In-depth understanding of European and US employment law.
β’ Experience in the CRO/pharma or life sciences sector.
β’ Background in HRIS implementations and redesign of HR processes (preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365).
β’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
