Senior Director, Healthcare Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate healthcare technology projects centered on MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization efforts, and extensive transformation initiatives.

• Act as the executive leader responsible for managing the scope, budget, timeline, quality, and client outcomes.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with both executive and operational stakeholders.

• Offer strategic direction on MEDITECH, healthcare technology transformation, governance, and organizational readiness.

• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across various workstreams.

• Provide expertise in MEDITECH applications, workflows, system integration, implementation methodologies, and operational best practices.

• Direct, mentor, and develop project teams.

• Collaborate with client leadership to evaluate challenges, formulate solutions, and promote the adoption of technology-driven enhancements.

• Contribute to sales efforts, solution development, recruiting, thought leadership, and initiatives to build internal capabilities.

• Identify new opportunities, enhance client partnerships, and represent Huron as a trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT.

• Proven success in leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization initiatives, or large-scale healthcare technology transformations.

• Experience in managing complex, multi-workstream programs and developing relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare technology ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and foster organizational change.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Current authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

• Willingness to travel 75% to client locations.
