This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the data infrastructure and architecture for strategic reporting applications and Control Tower dashboards within Insurance Operations.
• Take ownership of data products, ensuring they are innovative, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish business intelligence processes to facilitate data utilization and informed business decision-making.
• Extract insights and present recommendations to various business units in Insurance Operations.
• Collaborate with IT, Product teams, cross-functional organizations, vendors, and stakeholders on BI process applications and initiatives.
• Enhance enterprise business intelligence tools for optimal performance.
• Investigate new technologies and create business cases for BI solutions.
• Direct the vision, strategy, and implementation for modernizing data infrastructure and platforms.
• Develop and monitor a 12–24 month strategic roadmap.
• Lead a team of approximately 4–5 Business Intelligence Engineers.
• Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and enhance team performance, as well as data infrastructure and products.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth for team members.
• Own the Clinical Data Strategy for executing Quality and Cost Analytics use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in programming with Python, SQL, R, or a comparable language.
• More than 5 years of experience within the Healthcare Domain.
• Extensive experience with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise data platforms, architectures, and pipelines at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with proven business acumen.
• Results-driven, accountable, and dedicated to operational excellence.
• Must meet home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Must work from a designated space free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
