This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership and enhance the ROI narrative.
β’ Develop, sustain, and continuously improve the core IntelliSep economic model and value proposition, integrating new clinical evidence, coding and reimbursement updates, and customer-specific data as they become available.
β’ Convert clinical outcomes data (length of stay, mortality, antibiotic timing, resource utilization) into financial insights that resonate with health system CFOs, CMOs, and CQOs.
β’ Maintain a suite of flexible ROI tools (calculators, one-pagers, board-ready presentations) that can adapt to a specific system's payer mix, cost structure, and sepsis program KPIs.
β’ Collaborate with Hospital System Executive Leadership.
β’ Act as Cytovale's main representative on economic value in front of hospital system C-suite and finance leaders, including CFOs, VPs of revenue cycle, and quality/finance committees.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in healthcare economics, market access, revenue cycle, hospital finance, or a closely related field.
β’ Proven ability to construct and advocate for financial/economic models and present them effectively to senior hospital executives (CFO-level or above).
β’ In-depth knowledge of hospital reimbursement mechanisms: DRGs, CC/MCC logic, denials and appeals processes, and how coding and documentation influence payment.
β’ Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging with hospital C-suite and board-level audiences.
β’ Capability to work directly with hospital coding/billing teams while also strategizing with Cytovale leadership.
