This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of enterprise-level sales for integrated, multi-site facility service solutions across both national and regional client portfolios.
• Create and implement growth strategies aimed at clients with distributed operations, emphasizing standardization, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of large, intricate, multi-location opportunities.
• Lead consultative solution development, converting fragmented operational requirements into scalable service models aligned with client KPIs and P&L outcomes.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with senior stakeholders in real estate, procurement, facilities, and operations sectors.
• Organize and steer complex contract negotiations, covering SLAs, KPIs, pricing structures, and performance-based agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, estimating, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable for large-scale execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering performance, accountability, and expertise in complex solution selling.
• Maintain disciplined sales execution practices, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance.
• Remain engaged during implementation and transition phases to guarantee successful onboarding of extensive multi-site contracts.
• Over 10 years of experience in complex B2B services environments, including senior leadership roles in growth or business development.
• Direct experience in selling facility services, real estate services, or outsourced operations to multi-site clients.
• A demonstrated history of closing substantial, multi-location contracts (typically $5M+ annually).
• Extensive experience in solution-based selling, with a capability to move beyond transactional methods.
• Strong financial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategy, contract structuring, and margin management.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models, encompassing both self-performance and vendor networks.
• A leadership approach centered on coaching, performance management, and the development of high-performing teams.
• Ability to distill operational complexities into clear, scalable service models.
• Excellent collaboration skills, engaging effectively across sales, operations, and delivery functions.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel based on client and portfolio requirements.
