This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Single-Threaded EaR Leader for your designated Program.
• Serve as the main day-to-day EaR contact for all members of your assigned program team.
• Collaborate closely with your program’s leadership team and function as a senior embedded partner.
• Spearhead the creation of integrated EaR plans and remain accountable for their execution and outcomes.
• Address conflicts as necessary and ensure prompt resolution.
• Jointly manage annual and quarterly planning alongside the program GTM leader.
• Convert product roadmaps and sales strategies into cohesive marketing and communications plans.
• Spot growth opportunities and suggest the ideal combination of supply, demand, media, and messaging strategies.
• Oversee special projects ranging from program launches to enterprise pilot initiatives.
• Ensure that the appropriate expertise is engaged at the right moments based on program priorities.
• Provide overall project management across initiatives to maintain progress.
• Set clear objectives, metrics, and reporting mechanisms tied to business and EaR outcomes.
• Manage impact reporting; assess performance and propose adjustments to enhance results.
• Relay progress, risks, and outcomes to program and EaR leadership.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications.
• Substantial recent experience in strategic planning, go-to-market leadership, and organizational influence.
• Proven experience in leading strategies across programs or organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
• Extensive expertise in marketing and communications strategy, including product marketing and go-to-market leadership.
• Keen instinct for spotting growth opportunities and knowing which strategies to implement to achieve measurable results.
• Goal-oriented mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to shape strategy and measure impact.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and drive alignment in uncertain situations.
• Experience collaborating with product, sales, and senior leadership teams; showcasing executive-level relationship building and sound judgment.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Executive presence, including the ability to represent EaR credibly with senior program leaders, navigate complex discussions, influence decision-making, and communicate clearly and confidently.
• Willingness to travel 4 to 7 times annually to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business.
