This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Shapes and enhances the frameworks, partnerships, funding, and support practices that fortify movement ecosystems.
• Functions as a strategist, connector, and developer.
• Assists regional teams to ensure that global programs align with movement priorities and are responsive to local contexts.
• Works in collaboration with the learning team to integrate praxis into operations.
• Reports directly to the Vice President of Global Programs.
• Manages three Regional Directors and the Cross-Regional Program Coordinator directly.
• Oversees the creation of annual workplans and budgets.
• Establishes partnership stewardship practices that allocate resources and connections effectively.
• Promotes the vision and collaborative processes that enhance movement solidarity.
• Keeps abreast of emerging policy and research developments.
• A minimum of 10 - 15 years of progressively responsible experience in global programs, demonstrating significant impact at scale.
