This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement the commercial strategy aimed at increasing revenue, broadening market share, and strengthening the organization’s standing in the CGT sector.
• Direct business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring to achieve and surpass financial and strategic goals.
• Manage the sales and business development teams to foster customer acquisition and retention within key market segments.
• Establish strategic partnerships, discover new business prospects, and assist customer-facing sales teams.
• Supervise the internal marketing team to enhance brand visibility, product positioning, and demand generation.
• Work collaboratively with Product and R&D teams to effectively convey the value proposition of CGT technologies.
• Lead the Product Management team throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Over 12 years of professional experience.
• More than 10 years of practical experience in Cell and Gene Therapy technologies/tools product development or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in people management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage extensive program portfolios and intricate project implementations.
• Capacity to lead, manage, and inspire a team of direct reports.
• Strong general and technical writing abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time and to be away for extended periods (up to 2 weeks consecutively) for business trips.
