This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Position: The VP of Global Clinical Networks will serve as the architect for the international expansion of the Blueprint Immortals Concierge. Your responsibility will be to take our premier Immortals Concierge service and establish a network of partner clinics globally that can deliver this service locally.
• You will not be creating physical clinics; instead, your focus will be on developing the infrastructure, setting standards, and fostering a community that positions our Immortals Concierge as the leading provider of comprehensive longevity medicine on a global scale.
• Your role will involve bridging the divide between our U.S. medical team's scientific rigor and the realities of international operations, ensuring that a patient in locations such as Singapore, Bangkok, and Zurich receives the same elite level of care as one in Los Angeles.
• **Position Responsibilities:**
• - Leadership and Team Building: Demonstrated ability to create, guide, and expand high-performing diverse cross-cultural teams, converting operational knowledge into repeatable systems, training, and leadership frameworks that support sustainable growth.
• - Network Architecture: Develop and implement the "Blueprint Authorized" licensing framework, encompassing the operational playbook, branding protocols, and financial models for partner clinics worldwide.
• - Clinic Partner Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new clinic partners, which includes navigating complex contract negotiations and cultural alignment.
• - Medical Standardization & Training: Work collaboratively with the U.S. medical team to convert protocols into a global "Knowledge Ecosystem," which involves creating training certifications and digital sharing platforms.
• - Accountability & Quality Control: Establish stringent auditing processes and "Medical Excellence" KPIs to ensure compliance with the Immortals Concierge evidence-based standards across all licensed clinics.
• - Community & Best Practices: Establish and facilitate an exclusive global community among clinic leaders to promote peer-to-peer learning and swift protocol development.
• - International Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the international team to devise market-specific patient acquisition strategies and manage the cross-border referral network for Immortals clientele.
• **Basic Qualifications:**
• - 7+ years of experience in international operations, particularly in scaling high-end service networks or clinical licensing frameworks.
• - Proven success in building a brand internationally, including experience in negotiating international IP or licensing agreements.
• - Demonstrated capacity to create systems and processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, "zero-to-one" setting.
• - Strong technical and medical literacy, with the ability to oversee the development of knowledge-sharing, patient management, and customer-facing systems.
• **Preferred Skills:**
• - A strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare or experience in clinical operations.
• - Familiarity with the Longevity, Functional, or Precision Medicine sectors.
• - Experience working within Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) service models or luxury medical concierge environments.
• Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
• Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work culture.
