
Senior Director, Fusion Sales, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee all Fusion sales initiatives throughout the Americas, encompassing land, expansion, data sales, and field sales teams.
• Take ownership of the regional Fusion and Fusion Manage revenue targets and promote consistent, predictable growth.
• Develop and implement a cohesive go-to-market strategy focusing on acquiring new logos, expansion, product lifecycle management, and field overlays.
• Collaborate closely with Americas Sales leadership to synchronize territories, account coverage, customer engagement, and field execution.
• Ensure that overlay teams work smoothly with Autodesk's account owners to promote Fusion opportunities without friction or duplication of efforts.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, robust pipeline management, precise forecasting, and operational discipline.
• Cultivate leaders within each sales team, ensuring ongoing coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
• Work in alignment with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Technical Sales to enhance Fusion adoption and create scalable, repeatable field processes.
• Be the voice of the Americas in global planning, strategy, and cross-regional coordination.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-segment software sales organizations.
• Experience in scaling high-growth businesses with diverse selling motions and quota-carrying teams.
• Proven track record in managing leaders and enhancing performance through second-line leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and reconcile competing priorities effectively.
• Strong sales leadership capabilities, including coaching, deal inspection, pipeline strategy, and rigorous forecasting.
• Experience in selling to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial workflows is highly advantageous.
• Strong executive presence, capable of influencing senior leaders, shaping strategy, and fostering cross-functional alignment.
