This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute strategies for engaging stakeholders within relevant external audiences.
• Design and implement communication plans that effectively articulate the real-world benefits of the company’s offerings.
• Build and sustain relationships with key health care decision-makers and influencers, including U.S. payers, academic institutions, key opinion leaders, health system providers, and policy stakeholders.
• Aid in the formulation of integrated evidence generation plans by identifying and gathering field-generated real-world data insights to address evidence gaps.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Policy, Commercial, Market Access, and Medical Affairs—to create and/or bolster programs that tackle broad product access and demand challenges.
• Work alongside health system providers, practices, and care delivery teams to ensure site readiness and operationalization of patient care locations, including facilitating access to healthcare economic data, reimbursement pathways, practice economics analyses, and patient services resources that support successful practice adaptation.
• Contribute to account planning with cross-functional field-based teams, pinpointing areas where value and healthcare economic information can be gathered or applied to enhance patient access.
• Assist in or present disease-related information and healthcare economic data to health care decision-makers.
• Represent the company at significant national and international conferences.
• An advanced degree (MS, MPH, MD, PhD, PharmD) in life sciences, health services research, or operations science.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a field-facing role with applied health economics in an industry context, preferably within psychiatry or neuroscience therapeutic areas.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare system and market access landscape.
• Proven experience and in-depth understanding of RWE generation and the use of various U.S. datasets and data collection methods across phase 3/observational and phase IV/post-marketing study designs.
• Previous experience with new product launches is advantageous.
• Strong business and scientific acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven capacity to comprehend and effectively convey scientific information.
• Capability to work independently, showcasing strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to closely collaborate with a fully remote team and travel regularly (projected 50% - 70% travel).
