This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve regional sales and human resource goals by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, advising, and disciplining employees within designated districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Meet regional sales operational targets by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and executing action plans; implementing standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service; resolving issues; identifying trends; determining improvements for the regional sales system; and implementing changes.
• Attain regional sales financial goals by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
• Set sales objectives by developing a sales plan that supports national goals.
• Expand and maintain the customer base by advising Enterprise Account Executives; building and nurturing relationships with key customers; and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Suggest product lines by pinpointing new product opportunities and service modifications; surveying consumer needs and trends; and monitoring competitors.
• Enhance job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks.
• Achieve sales and organizational goals by completing related tasks as necessary.
• Define the go-to-market strategy and establish and grow the regional team.
• Support and close deals with the Enterprise Account Executives and Account Executives.
• Consistently meet or exceed objectives and sales targets.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on opportunity creation through partner/end user engagement and deal registration initiatives.
• **Never stop learning!** Always stay updated with industry changes and trends while building expertise in Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience as an enterprise software sales executive targeting a corporate IT audience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with a successful track record in leading a regional team.
• Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC or similar).
• Experience collaborating with Channel Partners.
• Background in selling to the SLED market.
• Capability to deliver both executive-level presentations and high-level technical presentations.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in Enterprise organizations.
• Proven success in identifying, cultivating, and closing transactions valued at five to six figures or more.
• Ability to work and sell effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to high levels of customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for selling.
