This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Provide leadership and oversight for operations across various regions, ensuring the consistent implementation of the Affordable Care Operating Model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional executives (Clinical, Lab, Compliance, Marketing, Training) to synchronize field performance with organizational goals.
• Ensure that patient-centered care is integrated throughout all practices and aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for designated regions, focusing on growth, profitability, and sustainable financial health.
• Convert operational data into strategic insights, utilizing advanced analytics to inform decision-making.
• Assist regional directors in crafting financial narratives, enabling them to link metrics with strategic objectives.
• Deliver regional and company-wide performance updates to the VP of Operations and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Recruit, nurture, and retain high-performing directors and managers.
• Mentor and coach leaders to enhance operational discipline, business acumen, and leadership skills.
• Cultivate strong consultative relationships with doctors and practice owners, ensuring alignment between business goals and clinical aspirations.
• Anticipate market and operational trends, shaping strategies to tackle emerging challenges and seize opportunities.
• Oversee the consistent adoption of practice management systems (Dentrix, Weave) and enterprise operational tools.
• Ensure compliance across all assigned regions with state, federal, and industry regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, with substantial leadership experience across multiple sites and regions.
• Proven success in leading directors and large teams with full P&L accountability.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking and long-term planning.
• Exceptional executive communication and persuasion skills; demonstrated ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
• Advanced proficiency in practice management systems and reporting tools (Dentrix, Weave, Power BI).
• Willingness to travel extensively across various regions.
