This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive field marketing and events strategy, planning, and scheduling across all four business units.
• Spearhead industry conferences, executive roundtables, hosted events, and sponsorships, managing everything from audience targeting and messaging to onsite experiences and post-event conversions.
• Assess, measure, and enhance field programs for accountability in pipeline and revenue.
• Manage field and events budgets, directing investments towards high-return initiatives.
• Establish named-account ABM strategy, identify target account tiers, design 1:1 and 1:few programs, and ensure alignment with sales efforts.
• Oversee the ABM execution team while maintaining a strategy-owns/execution-runs operational model.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on persona development, positioning, value propositions, and competitive narratives.
• Clarify the distinction between named-account ABM and broad-based demand generation programs.
• Direct co-marketing strategies and execution with strategic technology partners, including Google, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Create joint go-to-market plans, co-branded initiatives, joint events, and executive engagement strategies.
• Manage co-marketing investments and market development funds with a focus on ROI measurement and reporting.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison to Sales for named accounts and territories.
• Represent field marketing, ABM, and alliances in commercial and revenue planning discussions.
• Lead and mentor a team focused on events and ABM execution.
• Develop a team capable of producing its own program content.
• Advocate for AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decision-making.
• A minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on field marketing, events, and account-based marketing, including direct leadership of teams.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing field and ABM programs that yield measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Experience managing co-marketing or alliance partnerships with key technology partners.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and marketing attribution methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence senior sales stakeholders, showcasing a strong executive presence.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset towards program design, evaluation, and optimization.
• Exceptional writing and messaging capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology, health data, or similar regulated industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, as well as CRM/marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or Marketo is preferred.
• Prior experience managing strategic alliance relationships with hyperscaler or cloud data partners is preferred.
