This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manages and directs the creation and implementation of essential strategic digital products and solutions for EVERSANA.
• Guarantees that the solutions provided contribute to the intended business benefits as part of EVERSANA’s digital growth strategy.
• Responsible for engaging with senior executives and providing updates on the status and performance of initiatives.
• Serves as a strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS clients, facilitating connections across the organization.
• Mobilizes the necessary teams and resources to gradually introduce additional services.
• Ensures impeccable execution of all EVERSANA ESS activities.
• Guides the formulation and implementation of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing strategy in collaboration with commercial marketing.
• Collaborates strategically with Agency account and EVERSANA new business teams to enhance awareness and sales of EVERSANA ESS.
• Aids in preparing pitches and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Leads the Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream and assists the SVP with Affinity data partnerships.
• Oversees the management of the Omnichannel Advisory Council and customer engagement initiatives.
• Supports and guides efforts to target prospective clients.
• Acts as a liaison between third-party media vendors and the internal media team.
• Contributes to the marketing aspects of the omnichannel engine product roadmap.
• Aids in developing new standard operating procedures for product implementation and transition processes.
• Collaborates with account, strategy, PMO across various divisions and service lines, as well as omnichannel implementation and product teams, to outline project approaches and plans.
• Supervises work plans and timelines, making necessary adjustments and communicating changes effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Over 18 years of experience in product leadership or management focused on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.
• More than 10 years of experience in traditional project/program management (overseeing project managers) as well as Agile teams.
• Proficient in the Agile framework and experienced in implementing Agile across an organization (some projects may be hybrid).
• At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting and negotiating with all levels of customers and company personnel.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a collaborative work approach.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks accurately, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, maintain confidentiality, and produce reports promptly.
• Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Skilled in interpreting a wide range of technical instructions and handling various abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficient in standard software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
