This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Design and implement key strategic initiatives that enhance the execution of strategic objectives and drive business outcomes at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create persuasive business cases for change.
• Enhance collaboration, execution, and visibility of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Ensure comprehensive alignment of functional efforts with strategic operational goals.
• Accelerate delivery timelines and guarantee the success of all approved initiatives, whether directly or indirectly related; notable initiatives may encompass aspects of digital transformation, market and/or geographic expansion, commercial offerings, significant compliance and regulatory changes affecting operations, white-glove operations, innovative adoption deal mechanisms, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee the management, implementation, and reporting of large-scale cross-functional programs/initiatives by coordinating with functional leaders to create roadmaps, plans/timelines, and assist in determining resourcing needs based on current and future demands.
• Ensure that global operations projects and initiatives are delivered punctually, within budget and scope, while adhering to privacy/security and regulatory standards.
• Motivate, mentor, and lead a high-performing PMO team.
• Define, communicate, and execute a unified vision for the delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Develop an organizational capacity planning model to facilitate strategic decision-making and prioritization.
• Create essential operational tools (dashboards, roadmaps, resource planning) across operational initiatives to guarantee that resources are dedicated to efforts with the greatest impact and value.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all programs at a high level—collaborating with the PMO team to mitigate risks, address issues, and generally resolve problems. Serve as an escalation point for the PMO team.
• Generate executive-level reports regarding the status and risks across programs.
• Over 12 years of experience in Enterprise PMO and/or Transformation leadership roles, showcasing increasing complexity, scale, and responsibility, with a bachelor's degree; a minimum of 10 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• More than 5 years of experience leading strategic operations teams, programs, and processes at scale.
• A proven history of guiding B2B SaaS organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformational change (preferably scaling toward or operating within organizations generating $500M+ to $1B+ in revenue).
• Experience managing a highly strategic portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives (typically 5–10 concurrent global programs) with significant cross-functional dependencies across Tech, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Strong skills in conflict management and resolution, with the ability to build consensus and proactively address and solve problems.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring teams, driving forward-looking strategies, and effectively presenting to executives while collaborating with team members.
• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
