This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and propel the advancement of the enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards, and governance practices.
• Offer guidance and recommendations that align technological choices with business goals, risk tolerance, operational requirements, and long-term strategy.
• Establish and uphold architecture governance processes to ensure consistent, scalable, and effective technology decision-making.
• Collaborate with executive and technology leaders to assess priorities, suggest technological directions, and support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate teamwork across architecture, engineering, security, data, infrastructure, cloud, and pillar architects.
• Evaluate enterprise technology roadmaps and pinpoint opportunities to boost business value, mitigate risks, enhance capabilities, and optimize investments.
• Provide leadership and oversight for transition and target architecture roadmaps, including modernization initiatives.
• Cultivate architecture talent, strengthen organizational capabilities, and nurture high-performing teams and communities of practice.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide strategic technology planning and innovation.
• Communicate the architecture vision, priorities, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 additional years of experience in a related functional area.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience, including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports.
• Comprehensive technology knowledge pertaining to the functional area.
• Capability to define and advance enterprise architecture strategy, standards, principles, policies, guardrails, reference architectures, and target-state direction.
• Proficiency in aggregating business-unit and domain technology plans, assessing enterprise alignment, identifying overlaps and gaps, and formulating architecture-informed recommendations.
• Working knowledge across integration, data, infrastructure, cloud, AI, security, and custom application architecture.
• Ability to balance enterprise guardrails with delivery speed, business priorities, innovation, and practical implementation realities.
• Skills in enterprise architecture strategy, standards development, and roadmap synthesis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent business and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to lead and effectively collaborate at the enterprise level.
• Capability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Focus on continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.
