This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
• Keep employee records updated and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Manage benefits administration, coordinate payroll, oversee leave management, and facilitate employee communications.
• Assist in performance management, employee assessments, and professional development initiatives.
• Formulate and execute HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and corporate events.
• Act as a resource for inquiries and concerns related to HR.
• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates, retention, hiring timelines, and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational planning and workforce development strategies.
• Manage company software platforms and business systems.
• Oversee technology onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management, permissions, and equipment assignments.
• Coordinate hardware, software, IT services, vendors, and service providers.
• Assess and implement technology solutions.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain documentation for software processes, technology policies, and system procedures.
• Track software subscriptions, licenses, and renewals.
• Support cybersecurity measures, access controls, password management, and best practices related to technology.
• Facilitate integrations between HR, payroll, accounting, communication, and operational systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and enhance technology-driven workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Technology Management, or a comparable role.
• A solid understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and cloud-based software platforms is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AWS, ActivTrak, and other operational software solutions is highly desirable.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT / US timezone hours.
