This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the U.S. EC brand strategy and long-term commercial roadmap; produce an annual Brand Plan/AOP that includes distinct objectives, KPIs, milestones, and investment decisions aligned with franchise and corporate priorities.
• Establish and refine positioning, messaging platform, and customer value proposition; convert clinical and real-world evidence into unique, compliant claims and communications.
• Oversee lifecycle planning and strategic scenario analysis (e.g., competitive responses, biomarker-driven opportunities, combination strategies, line-of-therapy expansion prospects, and treatment sequencing dynamics), collaborating with cross-functional leaders to assess options and trade-offs.
• Spearhead the U.S. EC launch strategy and readiness from pivotal data readout through launch execution, defining launch milestones, critical paths, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Formulate customer segmentation and targeting strategy for key stakeholders, including gynecologic oncologists, medical oncologists, academic cancer centers, community oncology practices, integrated delivery networks, and key accounts.
• BS/BA is required; an advanced degree is preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MPH, or equivalent).
• 12+ years of experience in commercial biopharmaceuticals, with at least 7+ years in oncology marketing.
• Experience with launches, major lifecycle events, and/or new indications in oncology; solid tumor experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with endometrial cancer, gynecologic oncology, or related oncology markets is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing brand strategy and achieving commercial outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. market access, reimbursement, and oncology treatment landscapes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic biotech environment.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
