This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the ecommerce and revenue strategy for Covetrus’s online pharmacy segment.
• Foster growth in areas such as customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and average order value.
• Convert company objectives into actionable ecommerce priorities and execution strategies.
• Discover growth prospects across various channels, partnerships, and product assortments.
• Manage the complete customer journey from the initial visit to reorders and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to enhance website experience, checkout processes, and mobile functionality.
• Leverage data and testing to boost conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Direct the ecommerce merchandising strategy, encompassing pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and product assortments.
• Work alongside the Marketing team on paid media, lifecycle initiatives, and on-site campaigns.
• Define and monitor ecommerce KPIs, including revenue, margin, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and retention metrics.
• Utilize insights to inform prioritization, investment choices, and forecasting.
• Convey performance results and trade-offs to the executive leadership team.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Care to ensure scalable execution.
• Balance growth initiatives with the operational realities associated with pharmacy and regulated products.
• Align cross-functional priorities and partner with Product on a long-term roadmap.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing ecommerce team.
• Establish goals, expectations, and accountability frameworks.
• Foster a results-driven culture emphasizing learning and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree; a master's in computer science or business is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in ecommerce or digital business, including senior leadership positions.
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume ecommerce P&L.
• Capability to develop high-level digital strategies and implement hands-on performance plans across diverse audiences and entry points.
• Strong expertise in conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience in regulated, complex, or fulfillment-heavy environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and comfort with ambiguity and trade-offs.
• Ability to use data and analytics to shape strategy and evaluate performance.
• Excellent communication, planning, and execution abilities.
• Proven history of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
