This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete architecture, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning, GenAI, and Agentic models.

• Lead the creation of agentic AI systems for the automation of complex workflows.

• Set standards for model development that include data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, and documentation.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish scalable and high-quality data pipelines.

• Enhance the organization's AIOps capabilities, including MLOps and LLMOps.

• Define and uphold standards for model versioning, experiment tracking, reproducibility, and model registry management.

• Develop and implement robust frameworks for model monitoring.

• Oversee costs associated with cloud AI/ML platforms and optimize the utilization of infrastructure.

• Act as an internal champion for AI innovation.

• Create and sustain an enterprise AI roadmap.

• Promote a culture of experimentation through structured ideation initiatives.

• Work alongside product and technology leadership to integrate AI capabilities into products.

• Collaborate, support, and implement the organization's AI governance framework.

• Conduct AI risk assessments and manage obligations related to data privacy.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of AI professionals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or a bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant applied quantitative experience.

• A Master's degree in a quantitative, arts, or business field is preferred.

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, and data.

• Over 1 year of experience working with generative AI and Agentic systems.

• At least 4 years in a leadership role managing people.

• Proven track record of delivering production-level AI/ML systems at an enterprise scale.

• Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering within an enterprise setting.

• Experience in building or scaling agentic AI systems.

• Established experience in MLOps/LLMOps practices.

• A background in AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks is highly desirable.
