Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• This position encompasses both active fundraising and team leadership, focusing on generating new business, nurturing and strengthening strategic corporate partnerships, and securing substantial financial support.

• Oversee a team dedicated to promoting priorities within their respective portfolios.

• Offer guidance, direction, feedback, and coaching to direct reports to meet institutional fundraising objectives.

• Obtain six- and seven-figure donations while formulating tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, program leaders, Affiliates, and Board members to foster discussions with potential philanthropic partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 10-12 years of extensive development experience with a proven track record in securing philanthropic contributions, fee-for-service contracts, and sponsorships.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as Salesforce or similar fundraising/CRM software.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
