• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-site retail or commercial construction programs

• Proven experience in managing complex organizational initiatives that involve multiple functions

• Proficiency in program and scheduling management

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proven ability to create efficient solutions to intricate problems
