This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Provide consistent field coaching and actionable performance feedback.
• Ensure that FRMs deliver precise and compliant support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance access strategies.
• Monitor team activities, capacity, and performance metrics.
• Identify skill deficiencies and implement targeted development plans.
• Maintain direct engagement with key accounts and customers.
• Communicate field insights, trends, and obstacles to internal partners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and continual talent development.
• Ensure that all field activities adhere to AbbVie policies and compliance standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access within neuroscience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading field teams.
• Experience in eye care, specialty products, physician-administered therapies, buy-and-bill, or specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of reimbursement processes, payer policies, and access dynamics.
• Proven capability to manage complex customer scenarios with sound judgment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development competencies.
• In-depth knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, and reimbursement support processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic area.
