This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are completed on schedule and align with client goals.
• Proactively considers various aspects throughout the project to foresee and swiftly address changes in approach, design, objectives, etc.
• Skillfully designs studies and prepares proposals.
• Carefully develops questionnaires and discussion guides utilizing suitable techniques and activities, structuring questions that meet objectives and suit participant types.
• Competently facilitates one-on-one and group interviews, as well as online engagements (e.g., Communities, Remesh).
• Innovatively connects ideas, identifying emerging themes and their relation to the larger narrative.
• Consistently integrates strategic components into reports, including narrative flow, emerging implications (the “so what?”), and actionable recommendations (the “now what?”).
• Appropriately incorporates visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Utilizes client and industry insights along with external frameworks, anecdotes, constructs, macro and micro trends, and psychological understanding to enrich strategy.
• Writes clearly and succinctly for the audience, demonstrating conviction, tension, as well as polish and professionalism.
• Exhibits a confident, engaging, respectful, agile, and consultative demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Builds rapport and fosters empathy with clients, leading to enduring relationships.
• Continuously enhances understanding of the client's business and individual client needs to ask pertinent questions and anticipate requirements.
• Proactively identifies and addresses issues or opportunities in the client’s business, including additional research or strategy initiatives.
• Manages challenging client situations with a calm and steady presence.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, journalism, marketing, economics, or social sciences (psychology, anthropology, sociology).
• Over 7 years of experience in moderating and delivering high-quality client deliverables within a market research or agency environment.
• More than 5 years of strategic market research, advertising, creative, or account planning experience, including roles in research, advertising, creative, or digital agencies, and/or experience as a marketing executive, marketing consultant, behavioral scientist, or usability and user experience consultant or researcher.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, med tech/med device, and consumer health market research with patients and healthcare professionals is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25% of your time) and flexibility in scheduling to meet project demands.
