This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Lead the commercial channel strategy for key distributor partners, kit packers, and third-party commercial organizations.

• Manage the account process for assigned distributors, which includes executive engagement, business reviews, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Facilitate connected business planning by actively participating in the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) 24-month demand renewal process.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning to maintain and update the 5-year rolling commercial forecast.

• Identify and assess risks and opportunities across channel, acute, and out-of-hospital markets.

• Create and implement strategies for market development, portfolio management, product launches, contracting, pricing, and incentives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• An MBA or master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant business experience is necessary, ideally within the MedTech, medical device, surgical, or healthcare sectors.

• Expertise in Customer Management.

• Proficiency in Financial Budget Management.

• Experience in Business Model Development.

• Strong Project Management skills.

• Skills in Influence Management.

• Solid Business Presence and Acumen.

• Strong Analytical Skills.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning.

• Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and B2B tools.

• Experience with shared live-file management and disciplined version control.

• Adherence to confidentiality practices.
