This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and sustain essential relationships with all designated corporate and national accounts.
• Collaboratively manage the account with the team during and after the initial sale to ensure ongoing revenue growth while adapting to a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Evaluate intricate sales scenarios, formulate strategic plans, and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee the successful execution of contracts and agreements with assigned accounts to drive sales volume growth and additional partnership opportunities.
• Attain revenue growth of a minimum of 10% compared to the previous year.
• Engage in strategic planning with sales and marketing to manage price protection and parity for key accounts, distribution partners, and GPOs.
• Comprehend and devise tailored, value-added solutions that address the evolving needs of IDN/health systems and key stakeholder groups.
• Update monthly KPI reports and take part in corporate Quarterly Business Reviews as required while maintaining organized documentation on current and prospective targets.
• Support coaching, motivating, and empowering sales personnel to enhance their skills, manage assigned sales territories, and collaborate with assigned Sales Representatives.
• Negotiate and navigate contract discussions at the C-Suite level.
• Manage the profitability of products and accounts for all relevant contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple departments for all GPO/IDN RFI and RFPs.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required, preferably in business-to-business, particularly within the medical device sector.
• At least 2 years of experience managing large corporate sales accounts at the C-suite level, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
• CRM experience is required; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in these fields is required.
