This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take ownership of the commercial data product strategy that aligns with enterprise commercial priorities such as growth, mix, margin, retention, and productivity.
• Define and oversee a portfolio of data products and solutions that are aligned with business objectives across key commercial areas.
• Establish and manage the data product lifecycle, which includes intake, discovery, prioritization, release planning, adoption, value measurement, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain multi-horizon roadmaps that encompass both near-term operational successes and mid to long-term strategic capabilities.
• Implement a unified global prioritization system that reconciles the needs of Business Units and Regions with enterprise standardization.
• Articulate clear value propositions and success metrics for each data product and solution.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to integrate products into essential workflows, ensuring that tools are adopted and utilized effectively.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for product launches, enablement, and change management across Regions and Business Units.
• Define and manage AI-enabled commercial data products and solutions as part of the broader enterprise data product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Commercial Decision Science & AI teams to align AI models with actual commercial workflows and decision points.
• Lead and mentor Commercial Data Product Management Leads for core domains, ensuring clear ownership, consistent taxonomy and metric definitions, and measurable value realization across Business Units and Regions.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, product management, commercial operations, or related fields within MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries is preferred.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles that drive cross-functional programs with enterprise-wide adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to define and scale data products and solutions from initial concept to global rollout, including roadmaps, lifecycle governance, and value realization.
• Strong comprehension of commercial domains and processes such as pipeline and opportunity management, forecasting, territory and account planning, pricing and CPQ, customer segmentation, and omnichannel engagement.
• Proven experience in defining and governing business taxonomies, KPI frameworks, and semantic layers in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills: capability to influence Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT/GBS, as well as Business Unit and Regional leaders within a matrixed organization.
• Executive-level communicator with the ability to distill complex information into clear decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required (in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field). An MBA, MS, or advanced degree is preferred.
