This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main escalation point and executive liaison for the OpenText Financial Hub platform.
• Spearhead the strategy, development, and ongoing advancement of Financial Hub and associated financial service solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding Payment Hub, Order & Trade Management, Commercial Finance, SWIFT Service Bureau, and other financial offerings.
• Collaborate with current and potential clients to identify needs, offer strategic advice, and facilitate successful results.
• Manage competing customer, operational, and strategic priorities.
• Foster communication across teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment, transparency, and effective expectation management.
• Deliver expertise in infrastructure, information security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and service management for intricate solution designs.
• Direct project and delivery teams to fulfill customer commitments and achieve successful implementations.
• Oversee product enhancements, platform modernization efforts, security upgrades, resilience initiatives, and new market offerings.
• Assist in sales efforts through technical know-how, solution strategies, and customer engagement.
• Define and implement the organization’s AI vision, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Assess emerging AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Establish AI use cases, success metrics, and frameworks for value realization.
• Ensure the implementation of responsible AI practices that encompass security, compliance, governance, transparency, and ethical usage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience within a technology organization, progressing in leadership roles.
• Strong background in financial services technology, including payments, treasury solutions, order management, and trade/post-trade processing across equities, fixed income, and funds.
• Familiarity with FIX, SWIFT MT, ISO 15022, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of application architecture, system engineering fundamentals, infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and managing client-facing implementations and strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to evaluate complex business and technical challenges, make informed decisions, and drive successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and project/program leadership.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management principles.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Experience in full-stack Java development, including Spring, Hibernate, web services, and service-oriented architectures.
