This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement foundational 0-to-1 initiatives in innovative fields such as AI.

• Convert high-level strategic objectives into detailed execution plans.

• Facilitate swift transition from prototypes to full-scale production.

• Design scalable solutions.

• Achieve key milestones to position the new department for significant growth and possible spin-off to gain institutional support.

• Report directly to the founder of the department.

• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and agency.

• Demonstrated expertise in the relevant domain.

• Passion for taking full end-to-end ownership.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
