• Lead and implement fundamental 0-to-1 initiatives in innovative areas such as AI.

• Convert high-level strategic visions into actionable execution plans.

• Accelerate the transition from prototype to production.

• Design scalable solutions.

• Propel essential milestones to set the new department up for swift growth and the possibility of a spin-off to secure institutional support.

• Report directly to the founder of the department.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

• Demonstrated expertise in the relevant field.
