This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for directing the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of clinical studies within the vaccine program.
• Develop and supervise study documents and strategic plans.
• Assess trial data for completeness and precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
• Formulate, manage, and refine budgets for the designated program.
• Act as the functional representative on cross-functional teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding departmental initiatives.
• Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of study personnel and vendors.
• Manage direct reports, offering guidance and performance evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• At least 15+ years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (or 10+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in managing clinical trials for vaccine programs.
• Extensive understanding of clinical development principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of clinical trials.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to communicate using medical and scientific terminology in English.
• Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting professional journals and government regulations in English.
• Competence in writing reports and business correspondence in English.
• Ability to effectively present information to management and other stakeholders.
