Medical Director, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist BeOne in managing clinical assets and pipelines by implementing clinical development initiatives.

• Aid in the creation, authorship, updating, and/or review of essential documents.

• Collaborate with clinical operations and other departments to ensure the successful initiation and execution of clinical studies.

• Offer scientific guidance for the selection of investigators and vendors.

• Educate BeOne colleagues and study site personnel on the therapeutic area, molecule, and/or clinical protocol.

• Provide scientific and medical assistance throughout the execution of clinical trials.

• Review, query, and analyze data from clinical trials.

• Establish and maintain networks with opinion leaders and investigators.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD (or an equivalent medical qualification); board certification or eligibility in a relevant therapeutic area (e.g., oncology, hematology).

• Clinical training with experience in drug development or clinical research, preferably across Phases I–III.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial design, GCP, and the regulatory landscape for submissions (IND, CTA, NDA, BLA).

• Proven skills in safety oversight, with knowledge of DSURs, PSURs, and safety committees.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
