Associate Clinical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Alongside delivering therapy services, the Associate Clinical Director collaborates with the Clinical Director and the practice leadership team to ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality care that aligns with company policies and relevant regulatory and professional standards.

• Act as an operational leader dedicated to provider onboarding, supervisory support, clinician development, training implementation, and the execution of quality improvement initiatives set forth by Clinical Leadership.

• Educate new clinicians on documentation practices, clinical standards, and organizational policies while conducting ongoing performance evaluations.

• Offer individual and peer coaching to clinicians to foster professional development, clinical excellence, and ethical practice.

• Guarantee adherence to BBS standards for supervision, ethical conduct, and clinical documentation in collaboration with the Clinical Director and Leadership team.

• Deliver therapy services to a client caseload, maintaining a clinical load of 12-15 clients per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a therapist in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and team leadership.

• Proficient communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
