Senior Director, Clinical Science – Alzheimer's Disease

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading, planning, innovating, and managing the creation and provision of products and services associated with endpoint management and quality assurance in global clinical trials focused on Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and other neurodegenerative therapeutic areas.

• Facilitate the execution of endpoint data quality monitoring plans for services related to AD trials.

• Propel the definition and scope of study services.

• Assist in making scientific decisions regarding neurodegenerative indication services and support.

• Aid in the strategy for publications and presentations concerning AD.

• Contribute to the creation of publications and presentations for conferences related to AD.

• Assist with the delivery of scientific services in awarded studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in Neuropsychology or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in CNS, clinical psychology, or a similar area.

• Specialized knowledge in Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias/neurodegenerative disorders.

• Proven experience in high-level interactions with clinical scientists, neuropsychologists, data managers, data scientists, and medical professionals.

• A solid understanding of the science surrounding the measurement of cognition and behavior, including familiarity with traditional neuropsychological assessment tools utilized to evaluate changes in cognition and behavior within a clinical trial context.
