Senior Director, Client Delivery Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides direction and oversight for the US&C Client Delivery Operations team.

• Collaborates closely with regional client management to formulate strategies and address customer delivery challenges.

• Supervises client engagement to guarantee the successful implementation, training, and adoption of products and services.

• Promotes Operational Excellence and takes ownership of client-related issues.

• Coaches and mentors a substantial team of Client Delivery Executives.

• Holds accountability for delivery performance and target margins for a business generating over $500M in annual revenue.

• Engages with customer architecture teams and senior leadership regarding emerging technologies.

• Cultivates, develops, and reinforces strategic partnerships with clients.

• Leads technical teams that operate in a blended onsite and offshore delivery model.

• Manages relationships with executive-level (CxO) clients.

• Drives Service Excellence Principles (SIP) for accounts that are underperforming.

• Monitors delivery quality and client satisfaction levels.

• Offers guidance to Client Delivery Executives.

• Serves as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of relevant experience.

• More than 10 years in senior leadership positions.

• Demonstrated P&L ownership for businesses surpassing $500M annually.

• Proven expertise in contract management and negotiations.

• Established experience in building and maintaining C-suite (CxO) client relationships.

• Familiarity with global delivery models and methodologies.

• Proven leadership experience with over 2,000 onsite and offshore resources in a matrixed organization.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
