This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Offer vision and direction for a range of programs that facilitate pastoral, congregational, and community development.
• Ensure that programs are strategically aligned with organizational priorities.
• Create and track annual goals, outcomes, and evaluation frameworks for each program.
• Partner with executive leadership for strategic planning and resource development.
• Integrate and mentor program directors and managers, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Manage program budgets, deliverables, and ensure compliance with grant and partnership agreements.
• Establish consistent systems for program planning, implementation, reporting, and impact evaluation.
• Spearhead the design of new church and community development programs that correspond with the organizational mission and strategic priorities.
• Master’s degree in theology, community development, organizational leadership, higher education, or a related field (Practical Theology and Doctorate preferred).
• 8 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or community development organizations, including pastoral roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple programs and supervising senior staff.
• Strong understanding of Hispanic culture, Christian traditions, congregational life, pastoral formation, and community development.
• Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and partnership-building abilities.
• A commitment to faith-based social impact.
• Capability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in data analysis and utilizing the theory of change and logic model framework.
