This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of provider marketing campaigns, launches, and communications through various channels including email, social media, community outreach, events, and content marketing.
• Oversee provider email marketing initiatives, which involve drafting briefs, supporting copy creation, building campaigns in Klaviyo, managing approvals, and scheduling launches.
• Aid in the maintenance of the provider marketing calendar, encompassing campaign timelines, continuing education (CE) programming, event deadlines, content requirements, and cross-functional milestones.
• Organize logistics for dental trade shows, industry events, CE programs, provider panels, and community engagement activities.
• Support the quip Pros social media presence and provider community by coordinating content, monitoring engagement, and assisting with community interactions.
• Contribute to the operation of the ambassador program, which includes outreach, recruitment coordination, onboarding, communications, and tracking deliverables.
• Manage partnerships with dental influencers, creators, user-generated content (UGC) contributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) by overseeing timelines, deliverables, contracts, invoices, and communication follow-ups.
• Foster and maintain relationships with dental professionals, ambassadors, creators, and other provider partners.
• Assist in the production of provider-facing content by coordinating briefs, collecting inputs, managing reviews, and organizing final assets.
• Update and maintain content on the provider-facing website as necessary, including routing content for review and ensuring accuracy and currency of pages.
• Create, edit, and organize marketing materials for providers as required, including emails, social media captions, community posts, event materials, and campaign assets.
• Act as a clinical reviewer for consumer-facing content to ensure accuracy and the appropriate provider perspective.
• Monitor provider marketing performance metrics, including email engagement, campaign outcomes, community activity, event follow-ups, and partner deliverables.
• Assist in reporting by collecting data, organizing insights, and preparing summaries for the marketing and leadership teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional workflows among marketing, sales, social media, clinical, and leadership stakeholders to ensure progress on provider initiatives.
• Maintain operational systems for provider marketing, including trackers, calendars, asset folders, briefs, timelines, invoices, contracts, and campaign documentation.
• Aid in the development of provider partnerships by assisting with outreach preparation, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Ensure that provider-facing communications align with quip’s brand voice, positioning, and professional credibility within the dental community.
• Strong familiarity with the dental professional audience; experience within the dental industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines, calendars, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional follow-ups effectively.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the capability to create, edit, and review marketing content targeted at providers.
• Ability to work independently as a part-time contractor while maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams within a 20-hour-per-week schedule.
• Experience with social media platforms, project management tools, Google Workspace, and basic reporting dashboards is preferred.
