This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and supervise a substantial team of compensated Community Mobilizers (CMs)

• Engage in numerous relational calls to action and social media outreach efforts

• Facilitate large-scale training sessions and guarantee timely reporting

• Foster a positive and secure work environment

• Enhance program referrals for recruitment purposes

• Background in community organizing, advocacy, or campaign management

• Established relationships in key states are advantageous

• Proficiency in an additional language, including Spanish, is a benefit
