Community Lending Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the growth and operational efficiency of community lending programs.

• Implement, monitor, and enhance community outreach initiatives and events.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Community Partners, and Leadership teams.

• Create, sustain, and automate ROI dashboards to assess event effectiveness.

• Gather and evaluate event data utilizing Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Monitor program metrics such as registration-to-attendance ratios, lead-to-loan conversions, and community impact measures.

• Partner with regional Sales teams, Loan Officers, and branches to manage event schedules.

• Establish and nurture relationships with nonprofit organizations, HUD-approved counseling agencies, and community sponsors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least four years of experience in analytics, marketing, community outreach, or event coordination is required (experience in mortgage, housing, or financial services is preferred).

• Certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is preferred.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, community engagement, and partnership management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
