📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily operations of TBM on Skool, focusing on community engagement, member administration, and reporting, while applying a marketing and digital perspective to foster community growth.

• Proactively seek out AI tools and workflows to streamline TBM's operations as membership expands.

• Engage in the community feed daily by posting and responding to keep discussions vibrant.

• Welcome and onboard new members effectively.

• Moderate discussions to ensure threads remain on-brand and relevant.

• Assist with uploading and structuring Classroom content.

• Organize or provide support for Go Live sessions and community events.

• Monitor and report on engagement metrics, including posts, comments, and active members.

• Oversee member administration, including onboarding, access management, billing inquiries, and cancellations.

• Keep the Calendar, Leaderboards, and About sections updated.

• Facilitate coordination between the company and the agency regarding content and campaign schedules.

• Maintain a consistent reporting schedule concerning membership numbers and engagement levels.

• Identify AI tools and automations that can minimize manual administration, such as auto-responses, content repurposing, and reporting.

• Suggest and assist in implementing workflow enhancements using available tools rather than developing new software.

• Observe how similar communities operate and highlight potential growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing an online community, such as Skool, Circle, Facebook Groups, Mighty Networks, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong foundation in digital marketing principles, including content calendars, engagement metrics, and funnels.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, etc.) to enhance efficiency — a savvy user rather than a developer.

• Exceptional written English skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal daily oversight.

• Experience in coaching, mentorship, or educational community settings.

• A keen interest in interior design, property, or the creative sectors.

• Background primarily in technical or IT fields with limited exposure to marketing.

• Requires significant day-to-day guidance to remain focused on tasks.

• Lack of experience in managing discussions and content within an online community — primarily backend or technical administration experience only.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

• Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

• Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.

• Access to a vibrant community and networking opportunities.
