This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +2 more states.
• Oversee enterprise-wide operational functions within intricate organizations
• Report to top-level operational executives, including the CAO, COO, or SVP of Operations
• Manage a variety of executive stakeholders
• Implement project management methodologies such as process mapping, project charters, milestones, and operational planning
• Supervise vendors and service providers
• Direct emergency preparedness, safety planning, and business continuity initiatives
• Evaluate operations, identify risks and gaps, and provide future recommendations
• Develop governance structures, policies, operational standards, and scalable processes
• Actively identify risks and offer solution options to senior leadership
• Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; candidates lacking a Master's may be considered with over 10 years of management experience
• At least 7 years of advancing leadership experience in Operations, Administrative Services, Healthcare, or Human Services
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide operational functions
• Experience in reporting to senior operational leadership (CAO, COO, SVP Operations, or equivalent)
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with a broad enterprise perspective
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
• Experience managing multiple executive stakeholders within complex organizations
• Robust project management skills, including process mapping, project charters, milestones, and operational planning
• Proven experience in managing vendors and service providers
• Background in emergency preparedness, safety planning, or business continuity
• Strong operational assessment capabilities, including the identification of current state, risks, gaps, and future recommendations
• Experience in constructing governance frameworks, policies, operational standards, and scalable processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
• Strong executive presence with the capacity to influence senior leadership
• Ability to proactively identify risks and present potential solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio, and Copilot
• Nice-to-have: experience in large healthcare systems, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or global healthcare organizations
• Nice-to-have: experience in highly regulated environments, international or global corporations, organizational transformations, managing over 50 operational sites, centralized shared services, operational model transitions, or healthcare operations with cross-functional leadership
