This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the Operations Services team, overseeing both director-level and manager-level positions that are responsible for field readiness, operational project management, executive reporting, analytics, business cases, and enterprise operating routines.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the quality of Central Operations Services, ensuring stakeholder alignment and reliability in execution.
• Take ownership of the enterprise operational readiness process for significant corporate initiatives prior to their launch in the field.
• Establish and uphold readiness standards to ensure that initiatives are thoroughly documented with standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and tools accessible to the field.
• Drive the ongoing development, maturation, and implementation of the Affordable Way as a sustainable enterprise operating model.
• Manage the Operations Services reporting and insights agenda, guaranteeing that leaders have a comprehensive view of performance metrics, trends, exceptions, root causes, and necessary actions.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and performance outlooks.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, analytics, project leadership, or multi-site healthcare/dental operations.
• Proven experience in leading teams and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to guide enterprise initiatives from strategy through to field execution.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in executive reporting, business case development, KPI management, operational dashboards, and performance management routines.
• Preferred experience in dental, healthcare, retail, field operations, or multi-site service environments.
• Familiarity with Dentrix, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools is preferred.
