This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the transformation powered by AI across the North American Pharmaceutical Services organization.
• Challenge conventional approaches and coordinate modernization initiatives across functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement impactful AIM28 initiatives.
• Identify prospects for the integration of AI and advanced technologies, ensuring tangible business results.
• Act as the AI product strategist and advocate for the business perspective.
• Establish product vision, define problem statements, set success metrics, and create prioritized product roadmaps.
• Facilitate discovery, ideation, and fundamental problem-solving sessions.
• Convert business challenges into AI use cases, process requirements, and actionable plans.
• Design future-state processes that incorporate machine learning and GenAI/LLM capabilities.
• Propel execution, eliminate obstacles, manage interdependencies, and sustain program momentum.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop business cases, establish KPIs, and monitor value realization.
• Lead workshops, communicate changes in processes, and foster the adoption of AI-driven processes.
• Formulate and implement change management strategies.
• Engage with and influence executives to drive organizational transformation.
• Support frameworks for process improvement, governance, ethical AI standards, innovation, and evaluations of build/buy/partner strategies.
• Share insights and lessons learned throughout the organization.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, operations, or program leadership within the healthcare sector.
• Fewer years may be considered with relevant Master’s or Doctorate degrees.
• Proven expertise in business transformation, strategy, or relevant roles in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices, especially in design thinking and transformation.
• Strong financial acumen, including skills in financial modeling such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and capital allocation.
• Extensive knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and their application in business transformation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and workstreams involving diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to create frameworks and synthesize insights across various programs and initiatives.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive decision-making and alignment.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change, resolving complex issues, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to exert influence without direct authority and foster cultural and organizational transformation.
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
