This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generating leads, arranging meetings, and fostering relationships with potential partners at senior levels.
• Conducting desk-based research on potential partnership categories and other revenue-generating business models.
• Managing and evolving the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all sales and business development contacts and activities.
• Formulating the Business Development Strategy for Wasserman Live to expand its portfolio of large-scale strategic clients in the DACH region and central Europe.
• Ensuring Wasserman is recognized and included in major RFPs by the strategic client portfolio list.
• Proficiency in both German and English at a business competency and negotiation level is essential.
• Several years of experience in the sports, music, and entertainment industries, with a proven ability to cultivate valuable commercial relationships and influence senior-level sales.
• Extensive experience in sourcing and closing commercial deals, overseeing the transactional processes.
• Proven track record in the establishment and management of a CRM system.
• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, with a demonstrated capability to independently transform ideas into PowerPoint presentations and create compelling sales materials and templates.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong sales abilities.
• Several years of experience in Partnership Management and Partnership Sales.
• A well-established network among brands and rights holders in the sports and entertainment sector.
