Senior Director, Business Development – BioPharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies that are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Lead and motivate the business development team, providing direction and support to help achieve both individual and collective targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to facilitate business growth.

• Supervise market research activities to discover potential business opportunities and industry trends.

• Direct the creation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and accompanying documents for prospective partnerships or collaborations.

• Promote revenue growth by identifying and assessing potential business opportunities.

• Analyze market data and competitor insights to pinpoint areas for growth and development.

• Compile detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings, opportunities, and suggestions.

• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesion and support for business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 12 years of progressive experience in business development roles, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business development strategies.

• Strong history of establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated capacity to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

• Comprehensive understanding of market research methodologies and business acumen.
