• Facilitate gate reviews and make informed bid/no-bid decisions utilizing a structured capture methodology (Shipley BDLC).

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships within targeted FEDCIV and DOW agencies to influence forthcoming requirements.

• Identify and actively pursue agency task order competitions under Niyam's existing contract vehicles.

• Work closely with the dedicated proposal management team on color reviews, compliance checks, and final production; you will lead the strategy while they manage the operational aspects.

• Deliver capture artifacts (competitive intelligence, price-to-win strategies, teaming rationale) to enhance the quality of submissions.

• Collaborate with Niyam's senior leadership and technical practice leads to define pursuit strategies and solution narratives.

• Represent Niyam at industry events, conferences, and outreach initiatives with agencies.

• Monitor pipeline metrics and provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding opportunity status, business development investments, and win/loss trends.
